5 Grab & Go Gluten Free Snacks

Fresh fruit and vegetables are the best gluten free snacks and of course we all know whole foods are always best for us, but sometimes you need something shelf stable, in a wrapper, or easily portable that won’t get squashed in your bag. And sometimes you just want something crunchy to snack on that isn’t a carrot. Because this is real life and no one’s diet is completely perfect all of the time, here are my top five grab and go snack choices that are gluten free and yummy….

LÄRABAR (and the super crunchy Uber Bars too)

Enjoy Life Seed and Fruit (no nuts)

Annie’s Fruit Snacks

Simply Balanced Fruit Strips

Glutino Crackers (and sometimes Animal Crackers)

Those are my favorites. What about you? Tell me your go-to favorite snacks in the comments below.

  1. Thanks for sharing this! I love the Enjoy Life brand and how no idea they make little snack bars. I’m on the hunt now!

  2. I think they’re a newer thing, I only saw them for the first time a few weeks ago. They should be clickable up there to grab a box from Amazon, but I’ve picked up the singles at the grocery store to try them. They’re kind of like a trail mix without the nuts. The photos they use online aren’t a great representation, it’s actually a tube of seeds and dried fruit, and the Mountain flavor has chocolate chips in it also.

  3. I always have some sort of snack bar in my bag, just in case of emergencies. Lately I’ve taken to the chia squeeze pouches by Mamma Chia too- It’s like a fruity chia pudding on the go!
