I was food network and noticed at least 3 to 4 times shepherds pie and I thought to myself i would really like to try and make that. Here was my first attempt but not my last. I tried to make it simpler by making a meatloaf base using ground turkey. In my mashed potatoes I added skim milk, 2 tablespoons of Chobani plain Greek yogurt, and wedge of garlic and herb Laughing Cow Cheese (only 35 calories per wedge,) and mashed it all together with a little salt and pepper. The peas were just a bag of frozen peas and sliced carrots.
