By you probably have heard of Greek yogurt, but maybe you were afraid to try it. I have been buying Chobani and all different flavors and depending on the fruit it is either non-fat or low fat. It has a creamy and smooth texture that is divine…. and a 6 ounce container is only about 120 calories.
There is no high fructose corn syrup, instead they use evaporated cane juice which is by far a better sweetener. It has all the great benefits that yogurt has for your daily health and there are many varieties of ways to using this product. You use plain yogurt in your mashed potatoes to add creaminess instead of butter, or in smoothies.
** A quick little tip, especially if you prefer blended yogurts, the fruit is on the bottom of the Chobani flavors so just give it a quick little shake to mix the the fruit.
If you are looking for a tasty low cal snack I would highly recommend this product. FYI – my favorite is the Strawberry-Banana.
