It’s been a busy week filled with extra hours at work and trips to the dentist, so today we went simple and quick. Started with some frozen sandwich steaks (Steak-Umms) cooked on the stove top and sauteed onions mixed in a bowl with salt, pepper and garlic salt. To wrap I used whole wheat tortilla shells, and added thin slices of tomatoes, shreaded lettuce, and a little honey mustard. Just add a side salad for a quick and easy dinner.
