Chicken was served up two ways with some nice light sides in vinaigrette.
The second chicken was cooked in the no calorie gluten free barbecue sauce, a splash or two of Captain Morgan spiced rum.
Cucumbers and tomatoes were tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and a handful of beautiful basil.
