Roast Chicken with Rosemary and Thyme

Simple whole roaster chicken (super affordable) rubbed the skin with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme, and stuffed a bunch of celery stalks inside instead of “stuffing” with bread or other things. Roasted following the directions on the label for the weight of the chicken.

The result was a beautiful chicken with a crispy skin and loads of flavor. As a bonus the house smelled delicious all night.
