This pasta salad was a big hit with the family over Memorial Day weekend… everyone had seconds!
Box of Veggie Pasta (any shape will do)
Salt & Pepper
Parmesean and Asiago shredded cheese blend
Grape tomatoes sliced in half
Cucumber cut into chunks
Cook pasta following directions on package. Allow to cool (pop in the fridge if you need to hurry it up)
Toss with the other ingredients and refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.
