I went a little Asian inspired for this one by marinating beef tips in sesame oil (130 calories per 1 Tbsp serving so be very careful) Chili Garlic sauce (0 calories per 1 tsp serving but does have some heat but lots of flavor so also be careful) 1 tsp of ground ginger and a generous portion of sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Heat a large non stick skillet and pour the beef tips and marinade in to the pan. Stir the beef and add a little rice vinegar to keep the beef from burning and build up the sauce a little. When the beef has browned up on the outside remove it from heat and serve with presoaked Maifun Rice Sticks, rice or rice noodles and steamed broccoli.
