My favorite food in this entire world I would have to say is the burger. When I prepare burgers I really look at it as a blank canvas. There are so many things you can do with a burger from the meat to the toppings. At any grocery store you can get ground beef, turkey, chicken and pork, but I have also seen ground bison, ostrich, and even tuna and salmon. Ground venison is one of my personal favorites for burger.
When it comes to toppings why stop at cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce when there are so many other delicious options like avocado, bacon, chilli, spinach and roasted corn. Even if you want to go low carb or gluten free you can ditch the bun and wrap the burger up in a lettuce leaf and enjoy.
