Big Fluffy Homemade Gluten Free Waffles

Homemade waffles always make for a great weekend morning. Brian’s mom bought us a waffle maker / omelet maker. At first we weren’t sure if we’d be using it very often, but so far it’s been firmly planted on the counter top next to the stove. We’ve had gluten free waffles three times since Christmas, including once for dinner!
